C4C Integration with Remedy

Hello Experts,

C4C should be integrate with Remedy tool. Requirement is, if we create service request in C4C , same request should be come/ appear in Remedy.

Kindly help on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Shankar,

Try to do a Webservice Integration first by checking if there is an API available for Service Request, I believe it is.
