With out PGI, Delivery will not be completed. it is in under process .once you created delivery order you have to do PGI for creating billing . some scenarios order related billing will be there in that scenario , with reference to the order you can create billing .
here PGI means POST GOODS ISSUE ,that means you are issuing the goods to the customer form your inventory . this PGI plays a key role in your stock .
