What browser is used in the Browser Widget?

Hello Jeff.

Do the following test.

Click on the Widget Browser configuration site (arrow 1)

Then click on settings (Arrow 2)

Finally configure the site: http://www.whatbrowser.org (arrow 3) , click em [Ok]

In my testing was appointed as IE7.

Yes.  I got IE7 as well.

Turns out that the Microsoft Web browser control defaults to IE7.

To change it, I added the following registry entry:

64 bit or 32 only machine:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

Value Key: DWORD SAP Business One.exe  = 11000 (0X2AF8)

32 bit on 64 bit machine

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

Value Key: DWORD SAP Business One.exe = 11000 (0x2AF8)

Now my Browser Widget is set to IE 11.
