Hello All
We are using an SMP 3.0 SP 03 server for deployment of SAP CRM Service Manager 4.1 application based on Agentry
Here are the steps we followed after installing the SMP 3.0 server.
1. Define the agentry app on SMP 3.0 (com.sap.SAPSM41)
2. Run the CRM SM 4.1 exe on the host (Windows) {Extract the SM 4.1 package into a different path from SMP 3.0 server}
3. Deploy the zip file onto the agentry app created above using Publish - uploading the zip file from the above folder.
4. Copy all the files extracted from the temporary folder to the D:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\configuration\com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.application\*
5. restarted SMP 3.0 server.
6. Installed the smp_crt.cer certificate onto the Windows host and also the personal laptop.
(We are able to see the SUBURL after restart of the server )
"09/17/2014: WebSockets Front End: Opening WebSockets servlet for sub-URL /SAPCRMSM"
The connectTest.bat is erroring with the following,
"

We have followed these notes already;
1935387 - SAP CRM Service Manager ABAP AddOn Installation Master Note
We have activated the BC set for SM 4.1 on the CRM backend server, and also see that in the SYCLO Config Panel. We did include the sapjvm lib and other paths in the PATH environment variable.
Please suggest.
Thanks & Regards,
Raza.
Raza,
Please post the contents of the server startup log from SMP in SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\log\agentry. It will show if the Agentry application initialized correctly and may provide more clues.
