Different CR Step in Dynamic Parallel Rule Based Workflow

Hi All,

I followed the below document to create a Dynamic Parallel Rule Based Workflow:

"Enable Dynamic Parallel Approval for Company Code Data in Rule-based Workflow"

I was able to do it successfully. But I have the below problem:

Is it possible to assign different CR Step number to each of the dynamically created parallel tasks?

I need to assign different CR Step number to each parallel tasks, since I need to control UI screens based on Step number. Currently as per document we can assign only one CR Step number for all the dynamically created parallel tasks.

Let me know if more inputs are required.

Yes, I believe you can use a different step number. My first suggestion is to get the document implemented with the same step number. If it works, then you can try changing the step number and see what would happen.

Thanks for replying.

I have already implemented a workflow as per the document and parallel tasks are getting created with same step number. As per the document "Each entry in CT_USER_AGENT_GROUP represents one branch of parallel approval steps." and there is only one simple string attribute "CV_NEW_STEP" to populate step number.

Is there any way around to populate different step number for each parallel task?
