show personnel number in Posting doc from HR

Dear Guru,

Kindly advice for a given below scenario..

while doing the posting from HR to Fi. Document get generated.

In that document, Employee Id as well Employee Name should display.

How we can achieve this task.

Please advice for the same.

Yes, could you please let us know the requirement why the client requires employee no. and name in the posting document.

One more question out of my ignorance do you run posting for each individual employee?

Because the document that is generated is for a payroll area.

Can you provide a screenshot where the in the posting document do you want to add the Employee No. and name?

Dear Rohan,

I think so SAP Standard system won't support..

1. Why the client need employee no in document..? because already SAP has given like in posting we can see employee no and name & amount's, then what else client need..?

2. If client would like to know individual employee salary report..? if it's so i think so it's common requirement to all client's and to achieve this discuss with ABAPER he will make one custom Z-SALARY  report.
