EVERH Error

I would be grateful if someone can inform me a walk through guide to resolve EVERH error when trying to bill a gas/electricity account

EVERH table is meant to store ISU Contract history i.e. contract timeslices created after product change process. Start date of 2nd timeslice (EVERH-BIS) = End date of 1st time slice(EVERH-AB) + 1. Please provide more details about billing error so that we can try to corelate with EVERH.

Start date of 2nd time slice EVERH-AB = END Date of 1st time slice EVERH-BIS + 1.
