Acknowledgement with SFTP

Hello All,

I have an asynchronous Proxy -> PI -> SFTP scenario with Acknowledgement. This acknowledgement works fine when the scenario is ok, but when something is wrong, the acknowledgement status is always "still awaiting acknowledgement"

Does anybody already faced this problem?

Hi Harish,

I already checked those discussions and neither of them helped me.

The first discussion has no correct answer (and the suggestions doesn't work for me), and the other, i checked my queues configurations and everything is right.

as you can see the Acknowledgement works, but just in successfully cases:

Hi Guilherme,

Did you somehow resolve this issue? I have the same one with an asynchronous PROXY --> IDOC scenario in PI 7.31 single stack. Positive system ack work fine but not negative ones.
