Hello Gurus,
I have a 0fiscper in the prompt
In my report I have a YTD and it works fine.
But when I drag 0FISCPER above the key figures, YTD becomes equal to the amount of the month.
I will wish for example for Period 2 that YTD sums period 1 and 2 not only 2.
Do you have an idea ?

Thierry

Hi Umashankar,
In my bex i have a key figure YTD :
In my prompt i select 008.2014 for 0FISCPER, the YTD is OK (sum from 001.2014 to 008.2014 )
If in my prompt i select all the year 2014 (top level of hierarchy) and
If i drag 0CALMONTH2 or 0FISCPER above the YTD in Analysis ( i think in Analyser is same)
I don't have for each period the sum, but only month's value
Regards,
Thierry
Thierry,I think this is pretty normal behavior and it is bound to happen same way.
Reason when you create YTD Kf then you should not use any time characteristic for drill down of the same granularity with which you restricted your kf.
So drill down based on year will work perfectly but based on calmonth or fiscper data will get distributed.
Hope this helps.

Hi Premalatha,
I want a YTD not only precalculated from Prompt 0FISCPER but also dynmamic if the user drag 0CALMONTH2 above KF
For my YTD i use a user-exit variable.
This user_exit calculate a period from the enter user value
Example : 008.2014 => YTD 001.20014 <-> 008.2014
It works fine but if the user drag 0CALMONTH2 above the KF
The YTD = 0CALMONTH2 value not the sum from 001.2014 to 0CALMONTH2
I don't use formula yet;
This is my goal :
The columns month are from navigation user.
Only two KF in this rapport.
is-there a way to meet my goal ?
Regards,
Thierry
