Appraisal - Dates for Objective set

Hi,

We have a requirement to find out the Objective Set date period , for Ex: for the first quarter we  need to know the overall object set and achieved dates.

I have used add new element enhancement to set Objectives. Appraisal validity period is one year but not sure how to get the objective set dates i mean if i add one objective i want to check whether its set in Quarter one or quarter two.

Any inputs would be helpful.

Hi Rag,

If I understand you correctly, you wish to find the objectives setting date.

Go to transaction PHAP_ADMIN_PA --> run the report for the relevant documents -->

int the ALV output see column OBJECTIVE SETTING DATE. I believe this is what you are looking for.

Thanks for the inputs.

I have used Objo column to define the tasks and set objective setting date in the template but the date is getting created once i create the appraisal document.

I want to find out the objective setting date only, any other ways to get it.
