Hi Sankarsan/Praneeth/Santosh,

Sorry for delay reply.

Payslip is in HR form(PE51).

Ok,

Go like the below.

1. After life payroll run go to PC_Payresult.

2.Give employee name and go to latest payroll period run.

3. Go to ESI table and from there check in which coloum your ESI no is coming and then press F1 on that.

4. Go technical details and will get the field name.

5. That field name you will be maintained in your PE51.

Check and tell me.

Hi,

Check the field ESI No. what configuration is their in the Form (PE51) and check the field name in the IT 0588 subtyp 0001 too. if field name is different then create in this table - *PE51_CHECKTAB* and change accordingly.

Hi Ritu,

What's your issue?

Is it that ESIC No is showing in payslips.

See in your IT588 record you have not delimit the record and it's still upto 31.12.9999. Maintain the end date correctly.

Then hope so your issue get resolve.

Hi Sankarsan,

Yes,  wrong ESI no is reflecting in payslip.

But why do i need to delimit the IT0588, if employee's salary is still below 15000. Also in other cases, I have maintained end date  like 31.12.9999 only unless until there is change in ESI No.

Please suggest.

Ok got it now. Understood different issue.

You check your PE51 payslips design Single field step. Check what field name you have been assigned against ESI No.

It would be ESINM field name.

Check once.
