Checking complex table before downloading PI documents

Hi All,

We are working on SAP IM 3.2

I want to check the CTParts complex table for any changes(or new entries), and I have to download those changes(or new entries) to device before PI documents gets downloaded to device.

How can I achieve this one. Please help me.

Shyam,

That functionality should already exist in the base product.  The built in exchange mechanism will automatically send new entries to CTParts when they are added to SAP.

Thanks for your reply Jason.

We have so much of data coming in CTParts table. So we have created one report which fetches the materials/parts which are used in the last 5 years. Only those materials are getting downloaded in CTParts complex table now.

But when we download the PI documents which are having the materials not used in the last 5 years, we are not able to get the serial profile and UoM for those materials.

Please let me know how to handle this situation.
