selection option using form uibb

I would like to build the select-option in form uibb. It is possible in the search uibb. Is this possible in the form uibb?

Dear Clark,

the search uibb was developed to have the select options there.

The form is only for displaying fields or editing some data.

Can you please explain the use case why you want to have the select options within the form!

Hi Clark,

I don't think it is possible using Form UIBB.

But there is a way to achieve this.

You can use a freestyle UIBB, create a web-dynpro component having select-options that you want, assign that webdynpro component to your freestyle UIBB.

You'll need to get the data from the webdynpro component for values entered in select-options and can use that into your other FPM UIBBs.
