Hello Daniel,
Please refer to the below screenshot:
You will find this list in quick link located on the top right corner.
Till the time you get this certificate you will have to perform manual logins.
Once this certificate is with you, try accessing the download store.
If the authorizations are not there to your user you will get to know.
I would still suggest to contact you BASIS team for any software you are looking for.
Some of them might need approval from solution manager (GUI will not need it ).
Let me know the results.
Thanks

Hi Daniel,
you can download SAP GUI from service.sap.com/swdc then follow: Installations and Upgrades -> AZ Index -> G -> SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS
But I think you are aware of this.
If you get an empty page and you see no files to download then it means that you are not authorized for download. The only way of how ot get an authorization granted is to ask you Super and User Asministrators. To check who are they for you proceed as follows:
service.sap.com/myprofile -> Display my Super and User Administrators
here you get a list of user who you can contact for this matter.
cheers

Hello ,
Service Market Place is having authentication at every window.
I personally will apply for a Trust Center Certificate and overcome all the tedious logins through certificates.
Once you have this certificate than you can be sure of the rights over your S-User.
In case you do not have proper rights please ask your BASIS team to provide one or they can get you the GUI 7.40 easily.
Thanks & Regards
