Background Job variant issue.

Hi All,

We had a background job (for ABAP report) scheduled in our development system with variant.But now variants details are changed so we replaced the variants of the job with newly created variant.But a parameter defined in abap report with type rsvar-variant is still taking the previously defined variant.

SY-SLSET has new variant.

Any suggestion why it is happening.

Have you tried deleting the scheduled job and recreating it from scratch? Also it a sap std program? Please provide more detail maybe screenshots, this would help.

Hi,

It is a Zreport.I have changed the variant details in Released jobs step.It is a periodic job,which runs weekly,I saw for next Released job steps variant.Variant is same what i have given.Still the parameter defined in Zreport is taking the previous defined variant.
