System status not updated as per User status

Hi,

In opportunity we have user status open and won.Initially when opportunity is created,system status will be in open and user status is also open.

When user changes the status to won,system status should be won/completed but it is showing still open.

Where can we see the settings for this.

Hi Jaya,

Can you check in your correspoding user status profile if you have mapped each user status to a system status?

The path is:

SPRO > IMG > CRM > Transactions > Basic Settings > Status Management > Define Status profile for user status
