while regestering to e-rec external candidate is not getting user name ( alais) and URL in the email in Production system, as it is working fine in Development and Quality system.

yes the workfolw is activated and it is sending the mail, but the user name ( alais ) URL is not in that mail.
compare the smartforms than on DEV & PRO
is the workflow activated? does it work? is email to external addresses possible?
