How could be add a dimension in a cube.??

Hello Friends,

I was adding a user-defined-U11 type to Finance cube.at the time of adding this dimension.

when i am going to save so, I got an error massage as screen shot .Please help me

Hi Wasem,

It seems you added the new dimension but did not enter any member in the dimension.

Maintain a member in the dimension "PROJ" and then try to add the dimension to the model.

And, the reason - BPC models are account based meaning for every dimension in your model, any data (key figure) would be associated to some member from each of the dimensions within the model and thus a record is formed.

Hello Friends,

Its successfully add in Finance cube but in BW side its showing two time Finance cube one is old one and automatically second cube has been created .when add "PROJ" dimension.This second cube have  "PROJ' dimension .but not in 1st cube.

Could you please educate me.
