NO CCMSPING data available in solman7.1 over view of system monitoring

Hi Friends,

I want to perform the System monitoring operation through solman 7.1.

In the overview tab of system monitoring in solman_workcenter in the system availability i can see No CCMSPING data available for all the sysems.

Do i need to install the CCMS agent in all the managed system or is it sufficient if we done in Managing system(solman system).

Please let me know what i need to perform to do system monitoring tab to work.

Kindly help me how to solve this.

I have the same issue. I did every step from setups.

DAA are running.

How I can actívate this?

Hi,

As i checked with the other member only DAA installation is not enough to get the CCMS ping data available.

we need to schedule the job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP

need to configure the systems in RZ21

Need to register the CCMS ping at os level.

Hi,

Have you connected you managed system using diagnostic agents ?

Have you configured CCMS availability monitoring in RZ21 ?

Hi,

DAA is running in all the managed systems. In managed system configuration step Assign Diagnostics agent step the status is Green Host agent check is success and it triggered on managed system.

we have not configured the CCMS  in RZ21.

Could you please help.

You should activate availability monitoring CCMSPING

Refer - 1820452 - MON-SYS: no ccmsping data available in detail instance
