Hello all,
the all mighty SCN and Google didnt bring me any look on my issue with S_ALR_87013561 - Availability Control.
Im having trouble in finding a solution which will solve the sum up function in a standard transaction.
The case is as follow. The bellow picture shows budget compared to fact, but columns Distributable, Assigned and Available are being totaled up (marked as blue cell)
Any ideas why is this happening?
Regards
Laurynas
Hi Lauryans,
Let me go step by Step:-
Generally, values issue in reports are due to missing notes.
So, you can go for raising OSS.
Secondly,
Suppose, there are 2 wbs 1st level and 2nd level(lower).
Now budget on 1st level wbs- Rs 5000.
and budget on 2nd level Wbs is also 5000.
Then, It will show distributable as ZERO on 1st level Wbs. (It is ok in your first screenshot) because you have already distributed your budget to lower WBSE.
Now, Actuals are not showing in report might be problem due to missing notes or wrong report layout.
Check report format in CJE3.
Hope, It will help you.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
Steps that we made to get this screenshot:
0. Create project CJ01
1. Maintenance of plan values in CJ20N (easy cost planning)
2. Copy plan to budget IMCCP3
3. Release project
4. Actual data begins to flow in
5. Open report availability control
Now we see the results in columns: budget, buget distribution and actual.
BUDGET Column:
MATERIALS WBS level. We see that the budget for MATERIALS WBS is 525601. It consists of lover level WBS elements (Metal, Welding, etc)
DISTRIBUTED/ ACTUAL Columns:
MATERIALS WBS level. We see that the value for MATERIALS is 0, but the lover levels (Metal, Welding, etc) have their own values.
The question is why the MATERIALS WBS element in columns DISTRIBUTED and ACTUAL are empty? Why they dont sum up values from bellow levels?

Hi,
I am unsure about the SAP version you are operating on.
Your symptoms looks very similar to the one mentioned in the SAP note
