Activating BC SET fails

Hi, experts,

     I have created a BC SET over SAP BCO "ChangeDocumentMandatoryObjectConfiguration" for History Changes.

     When I activate it, this error occurs. And I simply don't know why it is happening.

    

     Do I really need to report an incident? I simply don't know the cause.

     Looking forward to your kindly advice.

Hi Fred,

are you using some standard data type inside your BCO? Can you send some screenshot of your BCC?

Here are the data types I used.

LANGUAGEINDEPENDENT_LONG_Description;

OrganisationalCentreID;

Indicator;

LANGUAGEINDEPENDENT_MEDIUM_Name;

CustomCode;

Date;

Hello Alessandro,

The BC Set for the ChangeDocuments simply takes the BO Type Code and an operation like

• Write CD on Create
• Write CD on Modify
• ...

Nothing depens here on the data types.

Furthermore the BC Set is that simple that I assume the root cause is somewhere in the BC itself and existed before.

I am afraid, but I believe support needs to take a clsoer look here.

Yes, I was asking about type codes in the BCO, but I see that the BCO is standard, so I think that an incident is the best solution
