PI 7.4 Dual Stack - Messages in DLNG Status

We are on PI 7.4 Dual Stack - SP05

Scenario: File to Idoc using Integrated Configuration.

In the mapping - there are 2 steps -

1. java Mapping

2. Graphical mapping that creates the idocs

PI picked up the file and when I see in the message log, the message is stuck at the step - "Executing the Request Mapping" for the last couple of hours. I have tried with just one record and even then it is behaving the same. And the message status set to "DLNG" because of which I am not able to cancel the messages.

Hi Naveen,

Please make sure that the connection between PI and ECC system for the IDOC is correct and it is working for you.

Hi Naveen,

Seems mapping design has some logic which is taking long time, check with individual mapping and find which step of mapping is consuming time so that it can be tuned accordingly.

What code did you wrote in the java mapping?

Did you try to run your scenario removing the java mapping?

Did you ran your java mapping locally with a sample xml and checked if its giving you the expected output?
