Error Upload and Download picture or document WM 6.0

Hi Experts!:

I need to ask you a question to see if anyone can help me configure work manager for downloading attachments in the service order. When transmitting orders for the tablet from the system tells me that the order contains an attachment.

But to download the system is issuing me the following message:

Request Already Submitted

EXT3900000000206451.IMAGE/JPEG - A REQUEST TO DOWNLOAD THIS DOCUMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE TO THE SERVER.

Can anyone guide me please, thanks.

Hi Sthepen:

thanks for replying I commented that I could not attach documents to the orders and after reading a guide on the same link you just you send me managed to configure and at least see an attachment the problem is wanting to display the attachment appears. That error can not find it in the link you sent me so I decided to ask to see if anyone knew of another step.
