NWBC SAP GUI Property Collector

I'm running NWBC 4.0 PL 13 on my windows laptop (64 bit Windows 7)

when I try to run the property collector - the results are blank

When i try to run on NWBC 4.0 PL 12 on my windows desktop (64 bit Windows 7) - everything works.

Any suggestions how I can make the property collector work on my laptop?

I've seen other posts with similar issue - but no solutions.

Turns out there is a bug if your using NWBC 4.0 PL 13 and GUI 7.30 PL 9...

After upgrading to NWBC 4.0 PL 14 and GUI 7.30 PL10 everything worked.
