Hello,
I have solution manager 7.1 SP11. I connected several customer server to that Solman and i configured the System monitoring, Alaert inbox.
Is it possible to restrict the access to the user based on the installation number?
In another way , i want the customer user to ba able to check just his systems in the system monitoring and alert inbox.

Hi Hassan,
I am not sure about a pre-delivered method, however, if there is not any such thing, may be a deep customization is required.
1. Assigning installation number+SID in user profile.
2. Developing object with installation and SID files.
3. Adding these object check for the program that are used, provided the program have 'enhancement points'.
4. If no such points, then copy this in custom program and provide users the access to this only.
