iPhone date input changes
I have several users whose Cloud for Travel and Expense iPhone app changes the date back one day. If the user enters 9/5 as the expense date, the iPhone changes it to 9/4 when saving. It only happens on the iPhone app. All iPhone date preferences are set correctly.
Has anyone seen this issue?
The newer app (14.8.5) was released yesterday.
Please let me know if you still face this issue with the latest app version.
If so check if time zone and date format settings in your iOS device match the ones in the CfTE system.
In your iPhone/iPad:
=> Settings => General => Date & Time => Check “Set Automatically” and “Time Zone” options.
=> Settings => General => International => Region Format => Check “Region Format” option.
In the CfTE system:
=> Personalize => My Settings => Regional Settings => Check if “Date Format” and “Time Zone” are the same ones configured in your iOS device.
