Dear all,
I want to use Web Service for BEx Query. Within the generated and submitted XML statement there are also the technical information included. The consumer do not like these information. Do anybody know if it is possible to suppress the technical information (creadted by etc.) and also which is generated during call of a query (Last refreshed, Data loaded, etc.) ?
Thanks for any response
Dieter
Dear Umashankar and Sesup,
thank you for the answers. The Analyzer is "too late" to change settings. The Web Service calls the Query directy (technical definition). Any changes in a workbook are not considered.

Hi,
Continuing to uma reply after saving workbook , if you want to apply this for all users then need to change bex analyzer properties :
Bex analyzer --> Global Settings --> Default workbook --> use current ( Work book Changes done with Technical ID generated) --> Enable Global Default Work book option.
Thanks.

Hi Dieter,
If you are working with BEx Analyzer 7.X, then it can be done in two ways.
1. Goto Design mode, right click on text boxes (Author and Status of Data) and remove it. Exit design mode and right click on Information box and remove it.
2. Goto Design Mode, insert new sheet and add Filter and Analysis Grid and attach the desired the query.
Save the workbook and then use the report. In both cases you don't get the Information and othe details.
Hope it helps!
Umashankar
