RFC destinations SAP-OSS and SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 are created in "System Preparation">>"Specify Connectivity Data" (step 3 in Solution manager 7.1) based on the S-User you provide.
If you are missing these (check in SM59) you can also use this step to create.
Best regards

Hello Yuvraj,
Please let me know exactly which error you are getting while executing Solman_setup.
Also for your query, go to Solman_setup - > Specify Connectivity Data
and follow below steps.
1. In the S- User for SAP Backend field, enter the S-User of your Organization.
2. Enter the password of your organization.
3. In the S-User communication field, enter the S-User of your Organization.
4. Choose Maintain Connection
Also check below two steps whether they are executed successfully or not.
1. RFC destination SAP-OSS-LIST-o01 updated for user XYZ*
2. RFC destination SAP-OSS updated for User XYZ*.
Please check and let me know if you still face the issue.
Thanks
