Hello Suresh,
There could be many reason for a DSO activation failure. Please post the error screenshot to suggest correctly.
As it is frequent issue, please check if there are adequate background jobs in the system while DSO activation is running. If there are no background jobs available, BIBCTL* jobs will be not triggered to progress the activation.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Naresh

Hi,
No batch process available - Mean insufficient of application servers(BGDs) to process your request.
During your dso actiavtion step, all application servers will be busy with other loads request processing.
if possible try to change your chain schedule time,
Other wise you may need to increase the more applicaiton servers with help of basis team.
Thanks
HI,
Error msg clearly showing "no batch process not avalible"
if you get error like this please check resource avalibility in SM51.
check the how many back ground process waiting status.
while activating the DSO how many BGD will take the DSO -> based on the you can select the process.
Thanks,
Phani.
Hi,
Just try to remove your chain from schedule.
Activate your chain and again reschedule it.
Have you remembered what the error details?
if you have, please share error screen shot.
To improve DSO Activation please use t code - RSODSO_SETTINGS.
