Create Personnel Area in large no

Hello Experts,

I have to create about 450 PAs, and PA-PSA combination of about 600 entries.

Is there a way to create them through LSMW or any other bulk program?

Appreciate insight.

Hi,

I understand the ideal way is to copy and create new so that the tables of a specific country are copied.

So can you help me understand, if you had used copy function in your recording?

Also can you share the direct tcode you used for recording?

what is the transaction code you gave?

Hi,

I used Tcode SM30,where you can enter the table number of PA ie t500p. Do all the steps like you normally create PA, and make sure recording is made correctly as this would be major error point.

Hi manila,

I think you can use LSMW or BDC for creating the entries in the table for maintaining personal areas or personal sub areas.
