Order follow up

Hi experts,

In our planning and scheduling process we have a need to follow up when and by who the system status was changed. Do anyone know if there are any possibilities to get this in "list form" for several orders from the system ?

Greetings Anders,

For showing more than 1 Order at atime, you will need to develop a custom report, using the table JCDS for status change documents.

Alternatively, you may develop a query in SQ01 to extract this information.

Hello Anders,

There is no easy way-out. Only possibility looks to me is to develop a report (as suggested by ) . Search for suitable function modules would ease the ABAPer's job. Some of them being

/BEV2/ED_READ_CHANGE_DOCUMENTS

CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS

CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS

Undoubtedly it will be a job of an expert ABAPer

Have a look at the action log via menu path: Extras->Documents for Order->Action log

Alternatively, go to the system/user status screen in the order, then use the following menu path:

Hi Pete,

The action log on a single order is familier but we want to see the actions from a lot of orders in a list to be able to do the follow up
