Permanent Remarks for Printing

Dear Experts,

I would like to use the "Permanent Remarks for Printing" under the User Defaults -> Print.

When I write something in this field, doesn't print on the document.

How can I use this?

Do I need to insert a new filed in the layout? (PLD)
