/4E1 not getting generated in PY log

Hi Experts

PFB screenshots for the issue as subjected.

I am unable to see /4E1 in PY log, even with the changes made as below.

Please let me know, if you can find a missing link to fix this issue..so that we can see the WT in PY Log.

I tried working out the said thing...but the situation here is the Edu. Allw. is adding to Gross Salary directly. Which we can see from below screenshots. :

Can you check whether Info type 0021 maintained or not and 0582 as well.

Hi,

You can try Processing class 70 by giving value 1. PCR IN70 does the cumulation of exemptions. Please check the log of PCR IN70 (or the PCR copied from IN70).

AS i am new to payroll,but as i know may /4E1 is a technical WT,so it not shown in payslip,The screen shots is of 1010 WT,please look at ZL table,IT and the it will appear in RT .

No need to give tax code in para1 XOA.

delete it and run the payroll. check the function INCEA in the log and paste here if any problem persists.

have you checked in the final RT table is /4CE and /4E1 is coming or not?

i checked in the log these both are coming in the INCEA and RT table too for my Employee.

can you check these values are same in your system also.

WT - /4CE

PC - 5-0, 6-0, 30-2, 76-1

CC - 32 (tick mark)

WT - /4E1

PC -  5-0, 6-0, 30-0, 70-1

CC - 30 (tick mark)

Wage type properties are same as you stated, for /4ce and/4e1.

In the Employee master for IT 0021 sub type 2 - child education allowance Y is there are not ?

i think it is not maintained that's why in the log /4CE & /4E1 are not triggering.
