Linking CR/CD to Solar02

Hi Experts,

I am trying to integrate Request for  change with Solar02 in "Service Message Tab. But when i trying it is not giving ZMCR (Customized SMCR ) in the Dropdown. What is the way of adding the ZMCR in Dropdown of Service Message " type Field .

If anyone is aware of this functionality kindly help.

Hi Shashank,

you need to do below configuration

goto solar_project_admin and choose settings - transaction types

here maintain your custom one's for blueprint application

Hi Prakhar i have treid that its giving Error.

Application does not Support Transaction Type ZMCR

That can be Included from here but i am not sure how to inculde the BADI of ZMCR

Hi Shashank,

Have you define this in Dno_cust04 transaction for ur custom transaction type e.g zmin etc

if you have done so then in field if you press f4 it will display custom transaction type otherwise it will only display standard values like smin and it give you that error message.

Hi Prakhar ,

thanks for Your suggestion but i have already maintained that entry with Field Name CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW but it didnt came because of that.

when i mainted it with PROCESS_TYPE_ADD its started coming but then ZMCR got disappeared from CRM_UI trasaction type whenever i click on "Request for Change" create it is not showing ZMCR as a option.

Hi Prakhar,

I have got the solution for the Error

Field Name should be "CHARM_ADD "

                                     and CHARM"

Then it will take it as Change Request not as Message.
