'Prepare AC Request' task in GRC10 prov framework Version 2 failing in IdM 7.2 SP09

HI Experts,

I am trying to upgrade from IdM 7.2 SP08 to SP09. I imported the SAP and GRC provisioning framework version 2(new one) and tested. I found the pass 'Prepare AC Request' task in GRC10 prov framework failing. This pass is calling a java library and it looks like because of that there is no job logs generated.But from MXPV_PROVISION I can see the error

There is no way to trouble shoot when there is an error with in the java library. Any help on this to resolve this issue is highly appreciated

Hello Shiju,

can you see an error in execution log? It should be visible there. Otherwise I would recommend you to use the tracing functionality in the admin UI.

Regarding the error message you see in mxp_provision: Can you check the task that is linked on the task execution failed result (in tab result handling of your screen shot) is there.

Hi Shiju ,

Can you please check whether all GRC Specific Repository , Variables are properly defined .

Before going to this framework , can you please download Initial GRC JOBS and execute the same . Is it properly fetching the date from VDS-> GRC Framework .

Also , Check whether mandatory GRC attributes are part of the Privileges which are passed to "PREPARE AC Request " . Normally we got this error when we have a missing Mandatory Attribute .

Please copy error screen if any
