Technical cutover - Dev to Prod ChaRM (RABAX_STATE error ZMCR)

Hi

I have just performed a technical cutover from Development Solman to Production Solman.

All transports imported successfully, but I am getting the below error in Production when trying to create ZMCR (change request) in CRM Web Client UI:

This error is NOT occuring in Development Solman.

I have had a look at the runtime error:

Why is this appearing? Any ideas on how to resolve?

The Master Note for 7.1 SP8 wasn't implemented correctly.

This is now resolved.
