I have a Logon group created between 2 servers, both of them have good Dialog response time but 1 of them has always a bad "load quality" and all the users are forwarded to the other server.
you can check your response time in ST03n, and configure your systems memory management accordingly. which OS you are using? if it is Windows then you have to configure Zero memory administration and if it is unix then you have to configure MM.
Do you have any threshold limits defined on your logon group to logon instance assignments in SMLG? Like a response time maximum threshold or a user count maximum threshold? These would influence your quality calculation.
