Hello Everyone,
There is strange state about my CMC Servers:
Except the CentralManagementServer(CMS) can running normal, the others are all stopped. When click the Start button, it doesn't work
So, I can log in the CMC and BI platform, but I can't open the WEBI files and open the Data Service Management Console.
Please Help Me!

And also check logs in logging directory for any errors. Event viewer also give some insights on your issue.

Check the validity of License. To me this looks like license issue. (CMC -> License Keys)

Try looking memory eg. tmp dir and bobj installation dir.

Hi,
Please try to restart your SIA from the CCM(Central Configuration Manager).
If the issue persists please try to recreate the SIA. You can refer to this KBA:
