creating a shortcut

I am creating shortcuts, and at the destination i do create shortcut but it never is showing.

what is missing?

Can you explain what you are doing briefly? if you doing such actives at Infoview please check your rights. or test with Admin account.

Hi Paul,

Where you are trying to create shortcuts ?  In Infoview ?  If you are trying to create and not able to see the shortcuts then check your rights on enterprise.

If this is not the one, please brief us what exactly you are trying to do ?
