I Have saved a report to a personal folder. the report is visible there from my CMC id. but user says she cannot see this report in that folder.
what must I do to ensure it is visible to user?
Hi Paul,
Try saving a sample report (shipped default with BO) in her personal folder.
If she is able to view this report then we can be certain that the issue is with rights on that report.
Perhaps, access to that report is explicitly denied somewhere.

Make sure whether the user has appropriate authorization to view his personal folder. By default user himself is the owner of his personal folder unless there is a explicit requirement to change it.
