BSI (State Unemployment report is printing a wrong Tax Rate)

Hello experts,

I configured the new Rates for my company in view V_BTXRATE, field: Experience rate.

When users and I run the report the calculations are right according to new rate, however, Report or document is printing a wrong Percentage...a bug in formatting of "%".

Do you know something about? any SAP Note? or how did you fix it?

Best regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Please provide screenshot of your bug and what is rate and what is being maintained.

I hope you updated BSI Tax factory too with new rate.

Also, you may already be knowing or let me reiterate for you that unemployment taxes are self adjusting taxes you may experience different calculation in your current period pay run due to self adjustment of unemployment tax types with new rates.

Thanks,

Ameet

Hi Ameet

I appreciate your prompt answer. Here the screenshots:

First all, these changes are applicable only for Tennessee.

1.-  I configured: 0.000100

We are expecting: 0.01%

Calculation is correct, however formatting printed is not:

2.-  I configured: 0.001700

We are expecting: 0.17%

Calculation is correct, however formatting printed is not:

and, this one is working fine:

3.- I configured: 0.016000

We are expecting: 1.6%, and it are correct both: calculations and printing:

Since is is working part of the time with certain percent numbers and part of the time not, I would report this to SAP as an error.

Hi Kenneth

It was reported.

I posted here just to know if some else is experimenting the same issue... maybe there is a workaround.
