Export Data Only

Hi, I'm using crystal reports 2008.

Once i previewed the result, I can export to pdf, export to Microsoft excel (97-2003), but i can't export to Microsoft excel (97-2003) Data-only, though i was able to do all those before.

now if i do export to Microsoft excel (97-2003) Data-only, it will give me error message of 'Failed to export the report'.

The software has been uninstalled and reinstalled, but i'm still having the issue for export data only.

How can i fix it?

Please upgrades the CR2008 to CR2008 SP1 OR SP3...This is already known issue in CR 2008...

You have access from SAP please download Release Note after upgrade the system...
