Bex web analyzer in BW 7.4 with HANA

HI Gurus

I have a question, bex web analyzer works with BW on HANA? my basis said no, but i have doubt

I have not found information on the web.

Hi Nayadeth,

Yes, your BW BEX WEB is supported  to runs on HANA, you just need the BI JAVA (AS JAVA) running on HANA database.

Hi Nayadeth Jeldres,

JAVA Stack will not wotk on HANA Data base.

So you need to Install the Java Stack on another database to work on WAD.

If you have already BO then you can use that Instance as well.

   Bex web analyzer works very well with BW on HANA. Analyzer going to talk to your application layer(ABAP) it doesn't know whether the underlying database is HANHA or DB2 or Oracle.
