Hi guru,

after installed BCM and IA and imported the certificates I can't connect IA.

When I try to insert user and password the IA remains in Online (view-only) mode.

I reinstalled everything that IA is approved, but the problem does not change

I installed IA in DB Server to deploy it.

see all admin right are with you and check all ownership for user from which you try to log in

it might be access denied  issue or permission issue

You need to insert administration user to here or it doesn't work. Same user you are trying to log in right now.

By your configuration, your don't use certificate at all to log into IA, so certificate can't be the problem here:

sorry but I post a wrong image, this is how we set the Deplyment Variables:

We are sure that the user that we use to connect is included in a machine administrator group.

Have you checked that HAC service is running under Windows Services?

Try to restart it and see if it starts correctly.

The HAC service don't run because we have to deploy it in this machine.

You need to install HAC service, before you can connect/go online in IA, otherwise there isn't anything to connect with.
