Old supliers

Hi all,

Its possible that in the transation FBL1N, that show us the supliers that are in our BD, didn´'t appear those who close, and aren't anymore suplliers of our company.

Hi Nuno,

Yes - the most simple way is to mark such vendors for deletion in trans. FK06 and then filter out those with the deletion indicator with dynamic selections (the "rainbow icon") of FBL1N.

Alternatively, if your company does not want to use the "deletion mark" (because it gives warning or error messages whenever doing anything with the vendor), you may e.g. define a unique Search term in address screen for such cases, and then do the selection using matchcode (see box "Selection using search help").

In any case, you need to mark the inactive vendors somehow consistently in the master record to be able to filter them out.

Hi,

You can also give NA (Not Applicable) in Search Term and dynamic selection of FBL1N you can give not equal

to NA or option given through FK08.
