MSS Reporting Error

Hi ,

I am getting error while selecting any report any running  in MSS Application .'

Please check screen shot.

As soon as select employee its giving blank screen with error "Application stopped due to a critical renderning error" .

did you follow the recommendations in the notes ..." please implement SAP note 1970427 and try to reproduce the issue again. 1970689 - Use of "Edge" and "Compatibility" mode for Unified Rendering 1674501 - Setting In ternet Explorer Document Mode and Compatibility View for Administrators 2000636 - The application was stopped due to a critical rendering error It ll solve the issue 1972506 - Cannot access portal with Internet Explorer 11.

Hi All,

I checked with different browser as well similar issue.

I am trying to access standard reports only, which is delivered by SAP in MSS.

Using launchpad ...MSS with REP instance.

I can access reports from PPMDT(Manager's desktop ) in backend .

I covert MDT reports with program .

I can see entries in Table T77I3 .

but I can not see query in  SQ01 ,even not user group /SAPQUERY/H2.

I can see program which is entered in T77I3 in se38 and activated too .

Am I not able to see report in MSS portal is reason of this. that usergroup is not there and I can not find query .Please suggest and follow attached screenshot.

Can you confirm if there was a upgrade recently and if there is any customization of the application?

It will help if you can also post the component versions of HRGXX and SAP_BASIS.

HRGXX is 607 sp 26  & SAP_BASIS is 731 SP 11 and no recent upgrade happen.

We are implementing MSS , and trying to run this report.

its related to browser, can you check the note 1970689 - Use of "Edge" and "Compatibility" mode for Unified Rendering

or check in chrome browser
