How to find Serial Number SRNR in SD

Hi Friends,

I need to find Serial number(SERNR) from SD. I have written below logic. but my ABAP consultant asking Before Good's Issue where we will find Serial Number(SERNR). I didn't get any table other then below Logic. We have entered Serial Number in Delivery-Extras-Serial Number Tab.

Please provide me Correct logic For the same.

Goods Issue:

Get Consignment fill up material document from MSEG by passing Movement Type

BWART 631

Pass Material Document in SER03 and get OBKNR

Pass OBKNR in OBJK and get Equipment Number EQUNR and Serial Number SERNR

At what stage material is getting serialized, At Sales Order or Delivery or PGI?

You can see this setting in OIS2.

Please let us know your complete requirement.

Hi Venkata,

hope you have entered serial number at delivery manually , then why you need to pick the serial number from Sales order ?

if you have maintained serial number at Sales order then system would automatically populate this value to the delivery

could you explain why you are picking the value from the delivery  document , is it for printing on any layout ? if so directly from LIPS table you can get

For Deliver and serial number link, you should check Table SER01 instead of SER03.
