CJ9E/CJ9G reset error

Hi,

I run CJ9E and CK9G for bulk (reverse/reset) and it says nothing to settle. When I check CJI4, the values are still there, the reversal did not
work.

However, I was able to reset for certain cost centers and not for others.

What could be the cause and how do I solve this so that I can reset?

Hi,

The note refers to execution errors. When I run the settlement, it's blank, and then I reset, there's also nothing there and there's no error messages coming up. It is just blank. Settlement reversed is blank(zero) but when I check CJI4, the amount is still there.

Another thing is that this only happens for version 2. When I execute other versions (0 and 1) it works fine. I can settle and reverse.

Please assist.
