CJ9E/CJ9G reset error


I run CJ9E and CK9G for bulk (reverse/reset) and it says nothing to settle. When I check CJI4, the values are still there, the reversal did not

However, I was able to reset for certain cost centers and not for others.

What could be the cause and how do I solve this so that I can reset?
