Correspondence with Agency E-Mail Address

Dear All,

My client receives applications from external recruitment agencies. Now all the correspondence activities regarding candidates received through agencies should be between recruiter and agency email address.

When we maintain external applications, system checks "E-Mail" field for duplicate check which means I can not assign agency e-mail ID to more than one candidate.

What are the possible way outs for correspondence b/t Recruiter and Agency ?

Hi Chohan,

in E-Recruiting the agency concept is rarely implemented by SAP. Thats given and the restriction is about the unique email (as you mentioned).

If your client is not willing to spent even a penny, how do you get paid?
