Once MA published...

Hi,

   Once MA published into SAP,then system creates contract in SAP.In this SAP contract(transaction code me32k) can user allowed to change qty ? If it is allowed ,then how it will get reflected into CLM system(My MA)?

what is the system behaviour? Can some throw light on this issue?

Hello Jaheer,

    There is a way to change a few fields in SAP ERP once the data is sent from SAP CLM/Sourcing. Please refer to the ERP Integration guide specifically to the section 'Block Integrated fields from user changes in SAP ERP'. This section tells you what can be configured to allow changes.

    When you make changes in SAP ERP there is no way to propagate these back to the SAP CLM application. SAP CLM is considered the master are the source. The ideal situation should be to drive it always from SAP CLM, ie, if there are changes that need to be made to the quantity, then it has to happen from SAP CLM.
